The portal was designed with two distinct experiences. End users get dedicated modules for each service, complete with file uploads, processed report downloads, and usage charts. Administrators access system-wide analytics, API call logs, and support tools from a separate dashboard without overlapping permissions.

For documents, it converts uploaded PDFs into structured data by combining OCR engines with OpenAI Vision to extract fields like transaction dates, amounts, and account details. For conversations, it powers real-time chatbot interactions while tracking token consumption and cost per thread for accurate billing.
