Role and Responsibilities
Generate B2B leads
Identify target audiences and perform manual outreach
Build and manage lead funnels through LinkedIn profiles and company pages
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth project handover to the delivery team.
Collaborate with senior management to achieve sales targets and company growth goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
1+ year in Business Development / Online Bidding
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and manual prospecting
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English for interacting with international clients.
Tech Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services, web/mobile development, or digital marketing (preferred).
Clear understanding of lead generation and follow-up processes
